Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
Build, test, and deploy statistical and machine learning models
Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics to support business decisions
Design and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders
Communicate insights and model results to technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate with data engineers on data pipelines and architecture
Perform A/B testing and experimental analysis
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
2-5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics (level dependent)
Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning techniques
Experience working with large datasets
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment practices
Industry experience relevant to the business
