Responsibilities
Design and maintain core analytical data models (Accounts, Subscriptions, Invoices, Pricing History, Contracts, FX, Churn Events), sourced from CRM, billing, and operational systems and modeled within the analytics warehouse, to indicate overall company health
Conduct exploratory, trend, and forward-looking analysis to support strategic initiatives such as revenue forecasting, churn risk identification, and product performance evaluation
Partner with department leaders to define, develop, and standardize team KPIs and insight dashboards
Intake, prioritize, and fulfill analytical requests while identifying opportunities to automate recurring reporting and reduce ad-hoc dependency over time
Refine and maintain executive and departmental dashboards to ensure aligned KPI definitions, improved data accuracy, and consistent performance tracking
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
2+ years of experience working in a SaaS or technology-enabled organization, with focus on revenue reporting, product utilization, and customer health analytics
Strong SQL proficiency and experience with relational databases and data warehouse concepts
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or MetaBase
Experience working with CRM and operational systems (e.g., Salesforce) as analytical data sources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a highly collaborative approach to working with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred
Familiarity with data governance and privacy best practices is a plus
