Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze revenue, deferred revenue, and billings data to support quarterly close and forward-looking analysis
Produce and maintain core deliverables, including waterfalls, deferred revenue reports, RPO, and predictive analytics
Perform revenue and deferred revenue variance analysis, including ST/LT classification and root-cause analysis Systems & Tools (Zuora / Tableau)
Leverage Zuora to extract, analyze, and reconcile bookings, billings, revenue, ARR, and deferred revenue
Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for management and audit reporting
Ensure accurate roll-forward to the General Ledger
Support Revenue and Corporate Accounting with audit schedules and roll-forwards
Assist with manual journal entry analysis and deferred revenue adjustments
Resolve discrepancies between sub-ledgers and the GL
Respond to ad-hoc revenue and ARR analysis requests
Partner with FP&A, Revenue Recognition, Deal Desk, and Accounting teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of Revenue Accounting or Revenue Analytics experience
Hands-on experience with Zuora and Tableau
Strong understanding of ASC 606
Advanced Excel skills
Preferred
SaaS or subscription business experience
Multi-entity and multi-currency experience
