Responsibilities
Own post-sale execution of data center HVAC projects from equipment release through warranty
Coordinate equipment delivery, inspections, and jobsite logistics with customer teams
Manage commissioning and quality activities from L1 through facility IST
Participate in OFCI, startup, and commissioning calls with customers and vendors
Coordinate equipment startup and commissioning with manufacturer service teams
Review and manage submittals to support timely production release
Create and manage purchase orders and supplier coordination
Maintain project documentation and correspondence to mitigate risk
Support startup, warranty, and close-out activities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and customer expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction, or related field (preferred)
4+ years of project management experience in data center HVAC or related environments
Familiarity with HVAC systems and/or temperature controls
Strong organizational skills and follow-up discipline
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
