Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and maintenance of recurring reports and dashboards
Support data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy in reporting outputs
Collaborate with analytics and product teams to gather data requirements for new reporting products
Perform data cleaning and formatting tasks to prepare datasets for analysis
Document reporting procedures and maintain version control for reporting templates
Respond to internal data requests and assist in ad hoc reporting under supervision
Monitor scheduled reports and escalate issues related to data feed failures or discrepancies
Participate in team meetings to understand reporting priorities and timelines
Apply foundational concepts in data visualization and business metrics

Required

High School Diploma required
0–1 year of experience in data entry, reporting, or analytics
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Diligence to proactively expand skillset, resolve issues, or get past roadblocks
Ability to foster positive working relationships
Ability to follow-through, meet deadlines, and strive to exceed goals
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Ability to look beyond the obvious, probe and provoke thoughts on alternative solutions
Ability to use or learn technology needed to perform role, including Microsoft suite of applications: Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as basic understanding of SQL for data manipulation
Flexibility to embrace continuous change and remain positive in times of uncertainty or stress
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as percentages, adding, subtracting, multiplying and division
Ability to comply with company confidentiality requirements as well as with HIPAA and other applicable government regulations

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
SQL or data analytics certifications
