They are seeking a Software Engineer to support existing customers at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, managing and sustaining an enterprise analysis platform to derive insights from raw sensor data.

Responsibilities
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form with peers & decision makers
Demonstrate initiative when faced with limited guidance or ambiguous requirements
Familiarity with platform management concepts including containerization and Kubernetes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or Software focused Engineering discipline
Mastery of software configuration management using Git
Proficient in a modern programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form with peers & decision makers
Demonstrate initiative when faced with limited guidance or ambiguous requirements
Familiarity with platform management concepts including containerization and Kubernetes
Preferred
Active Top Secret security clearance is highly preferred
Expertise developing modular, reusable software via strong Object-Oriented Software development practices
Experience with Container Technology (Docker / podman / etc.)
Experience following GitFlow and GitOps workflows using team repository (GitHub / Gitlab / etc.)
Ability to apply agentic tooling to accelerate development velocity
