Responsibilities
Handling inbound phone calls and emails from clients and assisting them with inquiries regarding AI Products
Identifying clients’ needs; clarifying information provided; researching their issues and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives to solve their queries
Providing clear and concise communication to internal and external business partners
Creating lifetime relationships and playing a meaningful role in the customer experience
Processing alternative investment transactions as required
Tracking and monitoring outstanding issues and providing timely updates to clients
Qualification
Required
2+ years of brokerage operations experience or 5+ years related work experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) to engage with clients and internal partners
Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to prioritize decisions in a fast-moving environment
Ability to take initiatives to work on adhoc projects when required
Ability to work and build strong relationships across different teams within the organization
