Program Coordinator (PC) - Jamestown

Community Options is a statewide organization with ten offices across North Dakota focused on assisting individuals to recognize their potential. The Program Coordinator will coordinate services for customers, supervise support staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery in line with accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate services for customers assigned to his/her caseload
Supervise select support staff
Develop, implement, and review the Overall Service Plan (OSP)
Provide support to customers in identifying and attaining life outcomes
Ensure supports provided reflect the highest quality as defined by the accreditation standards from the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) and the ND DD Division

Required

Bachelor's degree required, in Human Services, Developmental Disabilities, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field preferred
For any Bachelor's Degree not in the above-related fields, must have DD certification
One (1) year of experience in developmental disabilities (DD) or a related field is required
Access to working mobile phone (iPhone/ Android)
CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain successfully during new hire training period
A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state and the ability to travel based on operational and clientele needs
Successfully pass a criminal background check, including Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), drug screening, and ND Department of Human Service (DHS) pre-employment approval
Completion of training as required by Community Options
Accurately observe and recall surroundings and events
Communicate information, concisely, and accurately
Read, write, understand, and apply written instructions in English
Complete basic computer-related tasks
Make ethical and professional decisions
Organize and manage tasks
Provide quality customer service
Work as part of a team

Preferred

Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time management skills
