Meson is expanding into the United States and is seeking a senior real estate operator to lead and execute their US launch. This role involves building a high-performing sales and operations team while managing Meson’s US operations.

Responsibilities
Lead Meson’s end-to-end launch in the United States
Build, manage, and scale:
Appointment setters
SDRs
Sales and account teams
Drive revenue growth through outbound, inbound, and strategic partnerships
Be the face of Meson in the US real estate industry
Leverage your existing network with agents, brokerages, and developers
Lead marketing initiatives, events, and industry activations
Implement and refine sales processes, targets, and performance management
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance local team
Work closely with leadership on strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution
Qualification
Required
Strong background in US real estate (brokerage, portals, proptech, real estate services, or large teams)
Proven experience building and leading sales teams
Well-connected within the real estate industry
Commercially sharp — understands numbers, margins, and growth
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
Entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership and drive outcomes
Preferred
Experience launching or scaling a market is a big plus
