Responsibilities
Design and build engaging, high-performance content creation/sharing and consumption experiences across Roblox Platform
Own projects end to end, from design and architecture to launch and iteration, driving measurable impact on user engagement and content quality
Collaborate with engineers across product, safety, and infrastructure teams to define best practices and align on scalable solutions
Identify gaps in performance, testing, and experimentation workflows, and lead improvements that make the team more effective and efficient
Uphold high standards of technical quality and user experience while rapidly iterating on new features
Contribute to a strong, inclusive team culture by helping refine processes, mentoring peers, and supporting each other’s success
Help recruit and grow future talent who share our passion for building the next generation of content ecosystem on Roblox
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a front-end or client apps engineer working on complex user interfaces in close collaboration with product and design partners
Experience working on large-scale consumer applications in React/Redux, React Native, iOS, Android, Windows, Mac OS and other platforms
Knowledge of testing methodologies, including tools like Jest, React Testing Library or other comparable technologies
A passion for quality user interfaces and user experience, experience working with
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
