Responsibilities
Actively make hot outbound calls to potential customers, promoting and setting appointments on specific products or services
Employ warm calling techniques to create customer relationships, enhancing engagement and satisfaction
Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve any issues to uphold our reputation for excellent customer service
Apply sales techniques to effectively negotiate and close deals
Work alongside team members to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team objectives
Qualification
Required
Experience: Preferably with a background in call center operations, customer service, or sales
Language Skills: English required
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Sales Techniques: Solid understanding of outbound and warm calling techniques, along with a grasp of fundamental sales principles and strategies
Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
