Customer Experience Coordinator (App Channel)

They are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator (App Channel) to support mobile app users and enhance customer engagement with the brand. The role involves providing support, streamlining communication, and improving overall customer experience through feedback and collaboration with the Marketing & Brand team.

Financial Services

Responsibilities

Provide responsive and friendly support to app users via chat, email, or phone
Troubleshoot app issues such as login problems, product requests, or navigation challenges
Track app-originated leads and merchants to ensure clear communication with sales, marketing, and submissions teams
Gather and organize user feedback to identify recurring issues or opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and update training materials, onboarding guides, and support documentation for app users and internal stakeholders
Assist in refining the onboarding experience to make it easier for new users and partners to engage effectively through the app
Partner with the Brand & Marketing team to share insights that inform digital campaigns, user engagement strategies, and overall app improvements

Required

0–2 years of experience in customer support, marketing coordination, or digital engagement (internship or entry-level experience welcome)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude
Interest in creating and improving user documentation or training content
Basic understanding of mobile apps, digital marketing, or CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk)
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to coordinate across departments

Preferred

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Experience in developing or assisting with training materials, user guides, or knowledge base content
Familiarity with mobile app platforms or digital support tools
Experience using analytics or CRM systems to track user interactions and performance metrics
Enthusiasm for enhancing digital experiences and supporting brand growth
