Responsibilities
Handle project documentation, reporting, scheduling, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes
Verify subcontractor compliance with contracts, insurance, licensing, safety, quality, and schedule requirements
Client communication, risk reviews, and development of key project plans (execution, QA/QC, safety, staffing, procurement)
Manage contracts, including RFP preparation, bidding, subcontractor selection, and change orders
Coordinate permits, site mobilization/demobilization planning, and materials receiving/management
Support audits, progress tracking, invoicing, and project closeout activities
Support project safety compliance and coordinate with teams to uphold Safety & Health standards
Qualification
Required
Asst. Project Manager: 2+ years of experience in construction management
Sr. Project Manager: 10+ years of experience in construction management
Experience with large/hyperscale construction projects
Strong proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling, cost control, and document management software preferred
Ability to manage high workloads and multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Independent decision-maker without oversight
Strong communicator who can clearly relay onsite updates
Must have proper PPE (Steel-toe boots, vest, gloves, helmets, etc.)
Preferred
Strong proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling, cost control, and document management software preferred
OSHA 30 or 10 certification strongly preferred
