Graduate from our Agent Launch program Build a strong foundation of skills, systems, and strategies that will fuel long-term success in real estate
Execute lead generation systems daily Consistent prospecting ensures a steady pipeline of opportunities and sets the stage for predictable income
Consult with buyers, convert them with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes Establish trust, commitment, and clarity in the home search process to better serve clients and close deals efficiently
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Secure the best terms possible for your clients, protect their interests, and guide them through a successful closing
Consult with sellers, convert them into listings, and market their home Secure valuable inventory and drive results through strategic marketing and expert representation
Conduct open houses Generate new leads, increase listing exposure, and build brand visibility in the local market
Track tasks and activities in our CRM and productivity platform Measure progress, stay organized, and hold yourself accountable to performance goals

Qualification
Required
Active Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one prior to start)
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow a successful business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Coachable, growth-minded, and open to feedback
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
Willingness to engage in daily prospecting and lead follow-up activities
