Epic EMR experience preferred
Prior Pediatric Medical Office Experience (Strongly Preferred)
Knowledge of specialty and urgent care workflows
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Professional communication and customer service excellence
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, multi-specialty environment
