Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and contractors
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and upper management
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among team members
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in public works or government projects
Proven track record of managing government projects
Strong knowledge of project management software and methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
