They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support their Facilities and Asset Management organization by driving expense and capital financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and delivering insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead expense and capital FP&A responsibilities, including monthly and quarterly close, quarterly forecasts, and the annual operating plan
Prepare and communicate variance analysis, management reporting, and required corporate deliverables
Partner closely with the Data Analytics team to maintain existing reports and develop new tools that enhance forecast accuracy and provide senior leadership with actionable guidance
Collaborate with Accounting to ensure costs are recorded accurately and propose journal entries as needed
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as business needs arise

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Investment Banking, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant financial analysis or FP&A experience
Proven experience building strong cross-functional relationships at all organizational levels
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
Experience working with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

Basic understanding of SQL or similar querying languages
