Responsibilities
Defines and communicates the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives, guiding functional leaders in setting priorities and goals to drive execution. Represents product strategy, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership and key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and informed decision‑making across the organization
Ensures Product Management and Product Design are aligned around shared goals and outcomes, establishing common frameworks for prioritization, delivery, and success measurement across product functions. Partners closely with peer executives in Engineering and Platform to enable integrated product development and coordinated delivery that supports business objectives
Champions user-centered practices at the executive level, ensuring design principles are embedded in product strategy and execution. Partners with the Manager of Product Design in scaling design capabilities across the company, and advocates for innovation and differentiation
Develops and mentors product leaders building succession plans and scalable team structures to support growth. Fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration to enable strong leadership performance and sustained organizational effectiveness across product disciplines
Serves as a senior member of the Product Engineering leadership team, contributing to strategy and planning. Engages with customers, partners, and market leaders to ensure product direction meets evolving needs and represents product strategy and vision externally as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in product leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing senior product leaders across multiple disciplines
Proven success in setting and executing product strategy across Product Management, Product Operations, and Product Design
Demonstrated ability to scale product organizations and align cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes
Experience leading product organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and change
Experience leading Agile product delivery organizations and ensuring successful execution of Scrum practices
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Track record of delivering customer-centric products that drive business impact and market differentiation
Experience working in Agile environments and with modern product development methodologies
Ability to define long-term product vision and translate it into actionable plans
Skilled in developing high-performing teams and fostering leadership growth
Deep understanding of how to align product, design, engineering, and operations
Strong orientation toward user needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics
Proficiency in building scalable processes for prioritization, delivery, and measurement
Appreciation for design thinking and its role in product differentiation and user experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
Ability to lead teams through ambiguity, transformation, and organizational evolution
Effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align product initiatives with overall business objectives
Capability to lead through organizational changes and technological advancements
Flexibility and adaptability to evolving industry trends and shifts in business priorities
Adept at fostering innovation within teams, encouraging creative thinking, and problem-solving
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or related field preferred
