Responsibilities
Coordinate projects across IT Infrastructure teams
Run a large user migration project involving key stakeholders
Synchronize workstreams including Windows servers and desktop support, file storage, access management/credentialing, and end user device support
Map out the project’s lifecycle and serve as central project manager
Provide regular status updates and communications to leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of agile methodologies
Experience coordinating technical teams across multiple IT domains
Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects with interdependencies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with project management tools (Jira, GitLab, etc.)
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components (networking, servers, cloud services)
Experience with ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management
Experience with change management processes in enterprise environments
