Insight Global is a rapidly scaling U.S. manufacturer seeking a QA Engineer to build quality into AI and automation at enterprise scale. This role will involve designing and driving the end-to-end test strategy for AI agents and automation workflows, as well as building automation frameworks and validating AI outputs before production.

Responsibilities

Design and drive end-to-end test strategy for AI agents and automation workflows

Build automation frameworks and validate AI outputs before production

Partner closely with Developers, BAs, and PMs across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AI platforms

Required

5+ years' experience at large enterprise companies developing automation from scratch

Salesforce testing experience: understanding of Salesforce platform, data model, and testing approaches for Salesforce applications and customizations

GenAI fluency: comfort using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to streamline test case generation, test data creation, and documentation

Built an automation framework from scratch: able to explain language choice and design pattern (e.g., POM, fixtures, layered architecture) and the business outcomes (coverage, stability, runtime reduction)

Hands-on with modern test tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Jest, PyTest, TestNG, JUnit (as appropriate)

Salesforce QA experience (top priority)

AI testing foundation (can train further): experience validating AI/LLM/chatbot behavior or AI-driven workflows

Git proficiency; CI/CD exposure is a plus

Comfortable testing across UI and APIs; API/integration testing (MuleSoft a plus)

Personable, patient communicator who can collaborate and grow into team leadership

Preferred

Experience validating agent tool-calling, data transformations, and downstream impacts

Performance testing familiarity (e.g., JMeter, k6)
