Sr. Aircraft Coordinator - Flight Test

Responsibilities

Managing the full maintenance workflow of Archer test aircraft
Coordination with program management, quality, engineering, and flight test leadership to plan and execute inspections, aircraft modifications, routine and unscheduled maintenance
Report to and take direction from the Manager, Flight Test Maintenance
Schedule regular inspections and ensure proper aircraft recordkeeping using TRAX and SAP
Coordinate aircraft release for flight or ground test to be executed by the flight test team
Ensure all maintenance activities are scheduled and performed in accordance with appropriate federal regulations and applicable Archer maintenance documentation
Serve as the main focal point and nexus for communication for all activities taking place on the aircraft and schedule any future work such as modifications
Manage large aircraft modifications during the course of the aircraft's certification campaign
Use your knowledge and experience to prioritize aircraft activities based on feasibility, practicality, and programmatic schedule goals
Plan all availability for test events by working with the Test Director, Director of Flight Test, and Program Management
Ensure all work is executed per Archer's established maintenance process and procedures
Provide aircraft status updates both above and below organizationally

Required

5+ years of relevant hands on aircraft maintenance experience such as Crew Chief or previous Aircraft Coordinator with strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with maintenance softwares such as TRAX, CAMP, or Corridor
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite
Knowledge of aircraft maintenance techniques and best practices
Knowledge of wiring techniques and best practices (crimping, routing, securing, etc.)
A collaborative attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to communicate and build cross-functional relationships
Work with all levels of personnel and effectively interact with technicians and engineers
Ability to work a flexible schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays
This position requires travel 5-10% of the time

Preferred

A&P/IA
Prior experience with electric aircraft/eVTOL or high voltage systems
Working knowledge of composite airframe and repair
Experience working with CAD, NX, Confluence, JIRA
