Help customers decide which e-services, such as online banking and mobile banking, best fit their needs
Handle and resolve customer inquiries in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Skills using basic office equipment
Ability to demonstrate/explain use of current technology
Handle and resolve customer inquiries in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner
Basic math and cash handling abilities
Customer service experience

Previous CSR/Teller experience
