Responsibilities
Lead scientific and operational strategy for DMPK and nonclinical services (in vitro & in vivo)
Ensure GLP compliance and represent the organization during FDA interactions, inspections, and client audits
Support IND-enabling programs and regulatory submissions
Drive U.S. market growth, client relationships, and service-line expansion
Lead and scale multidisciplinary teams across DMPK, toxicology, pharmacology, and bioanalysis
Qualification
Required
PhD with 12+ years' experience in DMPK/nonclinical research (CRO or pharma)
Deep expertise in DMPK, ADME, PK, toxicokinetics
Strong knowledge of FDA/ICH regulatory expectations
Proven leadership, client-facing, and CRO growth experience
Preferred
FDA IND submission experience
PI or regulatory liaison experience
Exposure to emerging modalities (ADCs, PROTACs, peptides, nucleic acids)
