Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between lenders, underwriters, and third-party partners, ensuring accurate and timely communication
Track and manage transaction status and milestones, keeping all parties informed
Respond promptly to client questions, concerns, and issues with professionalism and problem-solving focus
Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships with clients and partners
Educate clients and partners about SettleWise processes to promote clarity and confidence
Maintain detailed transaction documentation and data accuracy in internal systems
Collaborate with colleagues and management to continually refine workflows and service delivery
Field and resolve all questions or complaints related to client transactions in a timely, solutions-oriented manner
Exercise independent judgment in evaluating complex situations and determining appropriate courses of action

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in title insurance, specifically closing responsibilities
Demonstrated understanding of title insurance procedures, closing practices, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High degree of professionalism, accuracy, and accountability
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail with strong follow-through
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven, process-oriented approach
Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating within a supportive team environment
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for managing documents and communication

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
