Responsibilities
Own day-to-day delivery, architectural alignment, and high-quality execution while working in close coordination with onshore product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering leadership
Steer offshore execution for Amtrust Financial’s long-term claims modernization program
Evolve the claims function into a highly scalable, digitally driven, and intelligence-enabled operating environment
Qualification
Required
7 years or more of progressive experience in information technology, including deep hands-on work with Duck Creek Claims (or similar claims platform) across configuration, integration development, business rules, and overall solution design
Demonstrated track record of leading full Claims system rollouts or executing complex, enterprise-level enhancements
Solid domain knowledge of property and casualty insurance claims operations and workflows
Prior work in a hybrid onshore/offshore team mix
Strong command of agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery execution
Preferred
Background in contemporary application architectures such as API-led designs, microservices, cloud-native platforms, and event-based systems
Experience working with customer engagement platforms, digital self-service portals, or large-scale data and analytics environments
Familiarity with applied AI or machine learning in claims contexts
