Responsibilities

Hunting & New Logo Acquisition: Build and convert a qualified pipeline across tier-1/2 Medical Devices accounts; open executive doors (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, IT/CTO offices, and Procurement)
Quota Ownership: Deliver and exceed ACV/TCV and margin targets; accurate weekly/monthly forecasting in CRM
Solution-Led Selling: Lead discovery, shape problem statements, and co-create proposals (SoWs, MSAs) for services such as embedded systems, product design & V&V, software lifecycle, cloud/IoT platforms, AI/ML in diagnostics, cybersecurity by design, and post-market surveillance
Regulatory-Aware Positioning: Align solutions with ISO 13485, IEC 62304, IEC 60601, ISO 14971, 21 CFR Part 820, FDA QMSR, and EU MDR expectations in partnership with SMEs
Account Strategy & Farming: Develop multi-year account plans, stakeholder maps, whitespace analyses, and growth strategies for renewals, expansions, and cross-sell
Partner Ecosystem: Leverage alliances (cloud hyperscalers, silicon vendors, toolchain providers) to create differentiated pursuits
Commercials & Negotiation: Drive deal structuring, pricing, and contracting (T&M/FPP/Managed Services/Outcome-based) with Procurement and Legal
GTM Assets: Contribute to case studies, references, and thought leadership tailored to MedTech buyers

Required

5–12 years of enterprise sales experience in IT Services / ER&D / Product Engineering, with at least 8+ years selling into Medical Devices companies
Demonstrated success in closing $1M+ TCV multi-tower services deals; consistent quota attainment
Strong understanding of medical device development lifecycle and software/embedded engineering workflows (requirements, design, V&V, DHF/TC, design controls)
