Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation
Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce applications using industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Lead and mentor junior Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Drive planning, estimation, and execution of Salesforce projects
Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs and middleware
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues as a subject matter expert
Establish and contribute to Salesforce standards, governance, and process improvements
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, features, and emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
14+ years of overall software development experience
10–12 years of hands-on Salesforce architecture, design, and development experience
Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
Extensive experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization
Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security model, and compliance standards
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise and external systems
Strong leadership experience guiding technical teams and conducting solution reviews
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
