They are seeking a Talent Partner to build the foundation of their recruiting engine and people operations, focusing on full-cycle recruiting and managing core people operations functions.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for all roles in the U.S. (intake, sourcing, assessments, scheduling, offers, close)
Build a recruiting engine from scratch—including tools, pipelines, structured interviewing, and candidate experience
Partner with the CEO to define role requirements, competencies, and success profiles
Develop a light employer brand presence (messaging, LinkedIn content, recruiting narratives)
Manage external recruiters selectively, as needed
Design and run a high-quality onboarding program aligned with The Company’s values and member-focused culture
Support rollout of the global Performance Management Process (SMART goals, feedback training, review operations)
Maintain early HR systems (ATS, HRIS, templates, documentation, workflows)
Partner with the international CPO to ensure alignment with global policies and standards
Support internal communications where relevant (new hire announcements, process updates)

Required

6–8 years of experience in recruiting or talent roles (preferably in high-growth or early-stage companies)
Demonstrated experience running full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles (G&A, operations, marketing, or member-facing roles)
Strong sourcing ability—comfortable building pipelines through multiple channels
Operationally strong: builds clean processes, workflows, templates, and systems
Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence candidates and internal stakeholders
Thrives in ambiguity and can 'build while doing'
High judgment, high ownership, low ego
Strong cultural ambassador and values carrier

Preferred

Experience in membership business would be an asset
