Responsibilities

Drive the successful delivery and end-to-end project management of multiple concurrent projects and implementations
Provide regularly scheduled project updates to various stakeholders about the status of client onboarding
Assist leaders and the Client by proactively preventing and resolving issues that may impede project success
Perform various implementation tasks as needed
Ability to train on and perform all technical tasks (create a data tool, report, PAX reader, account, tender, etc…) related to a project
Use handoff documents from the sales team to create formal project plans
Send welcome emails to clients introducing them to the team and scheduling kickoff meetings
Run kickoff meetings with clients, review project plans and the list of required deliverables from the client
Once all client deliverables are received, schedule and hold weekly meetings with clients to provide updates on the status of each element of the project
Field questions from clients and assign appropriate internal resources to provide answers
Send meeting agendas prior to all meetings, meeting minutes after every meeting, and weekly status emails to client and internal Atrium stakeholders
Send post-implementation satisfaction surveys to each client
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualification

PMP CertificationProject ManagementCommunication SkillsOrganizational SkillsTime Management

Required

3-5 years of project management or related experience
Professional certification—including PMP (Strongly Desired)
Strong track record of meeting deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
