Responsibilities
Collaborate with billing vendors to support timely claim submission
Review billing reports, identify discrepancies, and coordinator resolution
Track billing follow-ups and escalate issues as needed
Coordinate provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes
Prepare and submit credentialing documentation
Track credentialing status, expiration dates, and follow-up requirements
Manage office inventory and order supplies
Coordinator office space usage and update room schedules
Assist with scheduling and meeting preparation
Support day-to-day front desk workflow and coverage coordination
Coordinate with facilities manager and cleaning team
Assist with resolving operational issues affecting daily program flow
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years of administrative, healthcare coordination, or operational experience
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated cultural competence and familiarity with the Lower East Side Community, including diverse cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic populations
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or similar field
