Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to assigned staff and review priorities
Assign designated Guest room keys and radios to assigned staff. Maintain accurate record of such and ensure security of keys
Oversees and conducts guest room inspections
Assists housekeepers with daily tasks when needed
Assisting other housekeeping team members to ensure top quality guest service
Qualification
Required
Ensure that the company meets all cleanliness and condition requirements
Record inspection results
Resolve guest complaints
Maintain accommodations standards
Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to assigned staff and review priorities
Assign designated Guest room keys and radios to assigned staff
