Resolve escalated desktop, application, and connectivity issues
Perform software deployments, updates, and patching
Document solutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base
Provide training and guidance to junior technicians
Communicate effectively with end-users to ensure clarity and satisfaction

Required

Handle evolving technologies and processes (e.g. Citrix VDI desktop testing and FlexTG printer deployments)
General awareness of IP addressing, connectivity troubleshooting, and basic network protocols
