Courtroom experience, including motion practice, is required
Trial experience is required
Superior legal writing, analytical, and research abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Asbestos, toxic tort, or product liability experience strongly preferred
