Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web-based enterprise applications
Build and enhance React-based web component libraries
Develop backend services using Node.js and Java
Analyze system and business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Lead or contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
Review enhancement requests and define implementation approaches
Perform code reviews and enforce best engineering practices
Create detailed technical specifications and test plans
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and post-implementation validation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across new and legacy systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and system stability
Qualification
Required
12+ years of overall software development experience
10+ years of hands-on experience with: React, TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB
Strong experience with Java in enterprise environments
Proven track record leading development efforts and contributing to large-scale projects
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design
Experience working with AWS Cloud and cloud-native architectures
Background in frontend-heavy or full-stack development
Experience supporting and modernizing enterprise and legacy systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (required)
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
