Responsibilities
Sourcing new business and building a personal pipeline of property owners, investors, and tenants
Prospecting and maintaining relationships in assigned territories / asset classes
Learning to underwrite properties, understand zoning and density, and articulate value to owners
Preparing and presenting opportunities to buyers and tenants
Negotiating and driving deals from first call to close
Qualification
Required

Strong communicator — confident on the phone, in person, and over email/text
Hungry, competitive, and comfortable in a 100% commission environment
Entrepreneurial mindset: you want to grow a business, not clock in for a job
Coachable: you take feedback, adapt, and get sharper fast
No prior real estate experience is required
Preferred
Sales or lead-gen background is a plus
