Account Executive
High Country is a Private Equity Search firm looking for a high-motor, intellectually curious Account Executive to support dynamic practice areas. The role involves acting as a strategic partner to leadership, bridging market intelligence with business development, and includes responsibilities like market intelligence, strategic prospecting, and marketing support.
Responsibilities
Produce data-driven reports and compelling pitch decks tailored to PE firms, corporate leadership, and industrial giants
Research and map out new market territories within our three core practices to identify and penetrate high-value clients
You must be a 'phone-first' professional. This includes cold calling prospective clients and conducting preliminary recruitment screens for high-level roles
Help craft the messaging and collateral that differentiates our firm in a crowded marketplace
Qualification
Required
High-motor, intellectually curious
Strong academic record
Ability to produce data-driven reports and compelling pitch decks
Experience in strategic prospecting and identifying high-value clients
Phone-first professional with cold calling experience
Ability to craft messaging and collateral for marketing support
Comfortable writing formal executive summaries
Resilience to thrive in a high-rejection, high-reward sales environment
Preferred
Experience in Private Equity, Corporate Affairs, or Engineering & Construction
Desire to apply academic rigor to a fast-paced business environment
Enjoyment of variety in work tasks
