Responsibilities
Installs commercial customers new equipment or systems to ensure the system exceeds customers’ expectations
Educate, train and demonstrate the customers new system
Must be able to work closely with supervisor and other technicians to coordinate and complete jobs
Maintain a good rapport and attitude with coworkers and customer base
Provide solutions and use expertise for challenges that may arise for customers
Maintain knowledge of industry changes and new developments in products and technology
Present a professional appearance and maintain a clean and professional vehicle image
Implement new ideas and strategies to make tasks easier
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics, electrical, HVAC, or a related field is a plus
Strong sales skills, with an emphasis on upselling and closing techniques
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to safety
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and flexibility to work weekends
