Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance implementations, with a focus on process manufacturing clients
Conduct detailed business analysis to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance modules to meet client-specific needs
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, production, and IT, to integrate finance solutions seamlessly
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of the solution
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their financial systems
Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Extensive experience (8+ years) in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions, with a strong focus on process manufacturing clients
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting
Proven experience leading large-scale Dynamics 365 implementation projects
Strong understanding of process manufacturing industry practices, challenges, and regulatory requirements
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
Preferred
A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications) is a plus
