E-commerce Web Coordinator

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and error-free website content (products, SKUs, specs, images, descriptions)
Ensure all online content aligns with MOTUL brand guidelines and industry standards
Monitor compliance with eCommerce regulations and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies
Act as a guardian of data quality and content consistency across platforms
Optimize website performance (speed, mobile responsiveness, usability)
Improve UX and site structure to deliver a seamless, brand-consistent experience
Support traffic growth and online sales through SEO and SEM optimization
Support third-party marketplace execution and coordination
Analyze performance data (traffic, conversion, sales) to drive continuous improvement
Leverage strong Excel skills to transform data into clear reports, visual insights, and presentations
Monitor digital trends, competitor activity, and eCommerce best practices
Manage Shopify updates according to the web release calendar
Collaborate with UX/UI, creative, customer service teams, and agencies to identify friction points and implement improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of experience in eCommerce or website management
Hands-on experience with Shopify, SEO/SEM tools, and Google Analytics
Strong Excel and data analysis and visualization skills
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, and UX tools (Figma / Adobe)
Preferred
Foundational project management skills are a plus
