They are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join their outpatient behavioral health team, focusing on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing outpatient care.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
Provide outpatient medication management and treatment planning
Diagnose and treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and related disorders
Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care
Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as clinically appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care coordination
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based clinical practices
Stay current with advancements in psychiatry and behavioral health treatment
Qualification
Required
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry
Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency
All experience levels welcome; new graduates encouraged to apply
