Advise fund sponsors and investors on investment fund formations, including venture and private equity funds
Counsel clients on primary and secondary investments, joint ventures, and related tax matters
Manage multiple complex matters simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships
Collaborate with a high-performing team on sophisticated transactions within a premier practice group

Required

5+ years of tax experience focused on fund formation
Strong background working with venture funds, private equity funds, and institutional investors
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think strategically, and solve complex problems

Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
