Responsibilities
Preparing and monitoring cash flow forecasts
Supporting capital planning and project spending
Managing debt payments, capex transfers, and borrowing requests
Analyzing complex JV and debt agreements
Preparing debt covenant compliance and bank reporting
Assisting with budget preparation and variance analysis
Helping build and streamline scalable financial processes
Supporting special projects tied to growth, new ventures, and financing activities
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or similar
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Strong analytical skills and comfort managing deadlines
Excellent communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration ability
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Interested in the energy sector
Preferred
Recent public accounting experience (audit/assurance a plus)
Experience in energy, construction, or capital‑intensive industries
FP&A, forecasting, or treasury experience
Knowledge of joint ventures or project‑based capital management
Workday Adaptive experience (big plus)
