Responsibilities
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting for portfolio companies
Quickly understand and adapt to new business models and industries, providing strategic financial insights
Develop and implement financial processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency
Lead initiatives that drive value creation across the portfolio, including performance improvement and strategic growth projects
Work closely with portfolio company leadership teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Track and analyze financial performance, providing actionable recommendations to optimize results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
8 - 12 years of experience in finance operations or financial consulting, preferably within private equity or related industries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to learn new businesses quickly and adapt to changing environments
Experience in process development and ERP implementation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
