Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits
Develop and manage the annual budgeting process
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts
Provide variance analysis and financial insights to senior management
Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs
Oversee treasury functions and banking relationships
Supervise employee payroll, benefits and accounts payable
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls
Implement and maintain robust risk management practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
8+ years of experience in finance or accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
