Responsibilities
Lead and develop the accounting function, overseeing Corporate Accounting, Accounts Payable, Billing, and Credit & Collections, while mentoring and building a high-performing, growth-focused team
Own financial reporting and compliance, directing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS, and overseeing audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings
Establish and maintain a strong internal control environment, enhancing accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, scalability, and effective risk management
Partner closely with FP&A and executive leadership to deliver consolidated management reporting, including financial statements, KPI dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level budget-to-actual insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
8-10+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience
6+ years at the Controller level or 3+ years as a Director of Accounting
Deep technical accounting expertise across GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, and financial close and reporting
Strategic, process-improvement mindset with hands-on systems experience
Executive presence with the credibility to influence as a trusted advisor
Proven ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and shifting priorities
Preferred
CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
