Responsibilities
Lead the modernization of existing workflows, ensuring scalable and maintainable designs
Develop dynamic form logic and integrate with external systems using REST APIs
Redesign multi-team review workflows into a streamlined process using ServiceNow
Enhance user experiences across Service Portal and Workspace/Next Experience
Create clear technical documentation and adhere to platform governance best practices
Qualification
Required
ServiceNow Expertise
JavaScript
REST API
Flow Designer
ITSM & SecOps
Proficient in JavaScript and REST API integrations
Experience with Flow Designer and ITSM & SecOps modules
Ability to develop within scoped applications in ServiceNow
Preferred
Prior experience in large enterprises or regulated environments
A deep understanding of data modeling and platform architecture within ServiceNow
