Responsibilities
Provide technical and operational leadership for large-scale IP or Optical network deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality
Lead cross-functional technical discussions to identify solutions, mitigate risks, and drive innovation
Build and execute end-to-end deployment programs — scope, schedules, and resource planning
Define and track KPIs such as deployment speed, quality, efficiency, and SLA performance
Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring accountability and service excellence
Collaborate closely with Data Center, Network Engineering, and Operations teams for seamless project execution
Deliver clear reporting and insights to senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in IP or Optical network deployment, with strong exposure to operations and program management
Proven success delivering network infrastructure projects on time and at high quality
Deep understanding of IP networking protocols, architectures, and technologies
Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
