Financial Analyst (Early Professional), Program Cost Controls *ONSITE*
RTX is a leader in defense and aerospace, seeking a Financial Analyst to support program cost controls for a strategic development program. The analyst will prepare program reports, perform analysis, and support Earned Value Management Systems implementation to ensure successful program execution.

Responsibilities
Prepare weekly and monthly program reports
Perform Adhoc Analysis
Tool implementation with process improvement focus
Support Contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, quarterly Estimate-at-Completion.(EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development, EVMS CDRL preparation (IPMR/IPMDAR, CFSR, CSDR)
Data analysis and Variance development
Qualification
Required
Active and transferable U.S. government issued (Secret) security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & 2 years prior relevant equivalent experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word and/or PowerPoint
Experience using ERP Systems (i.e SAP Business Systems PRISM, SAP, AO reporting) or a similar system
Preferred
Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment while multi-tasking
Experience in using ForProject
