Law Practice
Responsibilities
Work closely with attorneys on all aspects of landlord-tenant litigation
Drafting pleadings, motions, warrants, and related court filings
Preparing and filing documents in state courts, housing courts, and administrative agencies
Review and analyze leases, notices, and other real estate documents
Manage case files and deadlines
Coordinate service of process
Assist with hearing and trial preparation
Stay current on changes in landlord-tenant laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Litigation Paralegal
Experience in landlord-tenant law
Strong knowledge of housing court procedures
Strong knowledge of eviction processes
Strong knowledge of lease agreements
Ability to draft pleadings, motions, warrants, and related court filings
Ability to prepare and file documents in state courts, housing courts, and administrative agencies
Ability to review and analyze leases, notices, and other real estate documents
Ability to manage case files and deadlines
Ability to coordinate service of process
Ability to assist with hearing and trial preparation
Ability to stay current on changes in landlord-tenant laws and regulations
