Responsibilities
Support electrical safety, EMI/EMC compliance, and regulatory activities for medical device products
Analyze complex electrical issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective corrective design changes
Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external compliance/test laboratories
Manage technical documentation, test protocols, compliance reports, and regulatory submissions accurately and efficiently
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a regulated industry (medical device experience strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with EMI/EMC testing and compliance
In-depth experience with IEC 60601 series standards, including IEC 60601-1-1, and usability standards
Proven ability to analyze complex electrical issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective corrective design changes
Experience collaborating with internal engineering teams and external compliance/test laboratories
Demonstrated ability to manage technical documentation, test protocols, compliance reports, and regulatory submissions accurately and efficiently
